The 2nd string quartet was finished on time and the first rehearsal was held in Oulu Music Centre on saturday, the 17th of October. This work will be performed on the 15th of November at 2 PM at Oulu Lyseo. It is a thematical continuation to the 1st string quartet. I intend to compose my 3rd and 4th string quartets in near future. Each of the quartets work as independent compositions but it is my goal to achieve a unified suite which may be performed as a full concert.
